We would like to offer a summary review of the new “Air Force Doctrine Document 2, Operations and Organization,” but—contrary to a USAF claim—it is not yet posted online. An Air Force news release reports that the new doctrine—in its first update since 2000—incorporates years of expeditionary experience and explains how air and space power are more akin to each other than to any other form of military power.
