According to a new Air Force release, Gen. Michael Moseley, Air Force Chief of Staff, has formally approved the latest revision to Air Force Doctrine Document 2-2, which covers Space Operations. The document, which is dated Nov. 27, 2006, is the first update to space ops doctrine since November 2001. In its foreword, Moseley writes, “This space operations doctrine describes our shared belief about the integration of space power across the range of military operations.”
