A fresh USA Today/Gallup poll shows that only 33 percent of Americans say they are confident that the United Nations can deal with Iran’s continued belligerence over its nuclear program. That is down from the 47 percent who expressed confidence in the UN just a month earlier. The poll also shows, however, that only 36 percent of Americans support military action against Iran if all economic and diplomacy fail to get the country to suspend its nuclear program.
