The latest Gallup Poll reveals that an overwhelming portion of Americans believe the war in Iraq should take top priority for the President and Congress. Conducted July 24-27, the survey shows that 48 percent cite Iraq as the most critical issue. The next major concern—fuel or oil prices—rates only 17 percent.
