Warrant Officer 1st Class Krzysztof Gadowski, the Polish air force’s top enlisted advisor, visited Ramstein AB, Germany, for meetings with US Air Forces in Europe-Air Forces Africa officials. The purpose of Gadowski’s Sept. 17-19 visit was to learn more about the Air Force’s enlisted professional military education initiatives, according to a Sept. 27 USAFE-AFAFRICA release. He toured Ramstein’s First Term Airman’s Center, the Kisling Noncommissioned Officer Academy, and the Airman Leadership School. He observed training sessions and met with enlisted leaders, according to the release. “For many years, we have been working to adopt our NCO system to [the US Air Force model], so that we can make our NCO corps stronger,” said Gadowski. “I really like how you teach leadership to young NCOs,” he said.
