We may collect and store information from you when you visit the AFA Website.
- Information You Provide to AFA
When you use the AFA Website to create an account, AFA collects some personal information, such as your name, chapter affiliation, phone number, e-mail address, rank, and home or business postal addresses. By providing this information to the Air Force Association, you release the Air Force Association from any liability in relation to the security of this information. AFA encrypts the transmission of Sensitive Information, for your protection, using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Credit card information that is entered into this site is not stored on this site.

When you use the AFA Website, we may record information about your online sessions including your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, the Web page visited before you came to the AFA Web site, information you search for on the AFA Web site, locale, date and time stamps of transactions, system configuration information and metadata, and other use of the AFA Web site.

AFA Data Security
We follow best practices to protect your information that is submitted to us. This Web site is scanned regularly for security vulnerabilities and is also PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant as determined by a PCI ASV (Payment Card Industry Approved Scanning Vendor).
